About Inner Sanctum Massage

Welcome to Inner Sanctum Massage, an auxiliary entity of The Moorish Science Temple of America's Holistic Health Center. This not for profit entity is operated by Disabled Veteran (USN BM2 Ret.) Lyndera Oshun Vickland El, LMT, BSHCA.

My passion for helping others started with my military career. I wasn't the fastest sailor, or the smartest, but I always demonstrated a willingness to help others and do my part, no matter how big or small. When a brain tumor ended my career, I was devastated, but I knew that I could find that same willingness to help others in my dream career as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist. I know what it's like to be hurt and know what it's like to heal.

My message to everyone is to ensure that you continue to think about your health first. I know that may sound selfish at first, but I assure you that we all can be of no help to anyone, if we are in poor health ourselves.

The vision is simple; quality therapeutic massage at prices anyone can afford. At Inner Sanctum the goal is better health, which is why we offer 30 minute treatment sessions for concentrated work in specific areas. This allows people who are in pain and looking for therapeutic work, the opportunity to benefit from massage therapy. It is an honor and a privilege to serve this community, Thank you, and we would hope that you would take the time to see just how much massage can help you.

Our Community Works

Inner Sanctum Massage gives back to the commuities here in Across Hampton Roads, Across Virginia, Across America, and Throughout the World! We uplift fallen humanity in many different ways from youth and adult mentoring, training, and wellness services. One of the the ways we help our local community is in providing FREE Therapeutic Massage to Disabled Veterans and those less fortunate as an alternative to Narcotic and Opioid pain management. We assist those that do not have the means to see what benefits holistic care can provide. Your business helps us help others.

Meet The Therapists & Staff

Right now we only have one therapist. We are currently looking for other "Top Quality" massage therapists to work with us in order to provide services such as "Couples Massages" and to handle larger "Spa Parties".
